Ex Celtic and Manchester United midfielder Liam Miller has died following a lost battle to pancreatic cancer.
The Hibernian player won 21 caps for the Republic of Ireland between 2004 and 2009, was diagnosed with cancer last year and had since been undergoing treatment in the United States and Ireland.
Hibernian wrote on Twitter: “We are incredibly saddened to hear of the passing of former Hibernian midfielder Liam Miller.
“Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.”
He was aged 36. RIP Liam!
